One of her favorite scriptures is Romans 5:8, “But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” What an incredible act of love, when we were God’s foe; but God reached out to us to be our friend, to bridge an eternal gap! For that, she is eternally grateful.
